This project is now available on Source Forge. I invite all interested persons to join the mailing lists and request developer access.

As this is my first bit of Python for public consumption, I'm very interested in any suggestions anyone might have on style, or anything else.

The Source Forge project is at https://sourceforge.net/projects/lips

What about literati?

Hmmmm. Not bad. Can't quite put my finger on it. Perhaps because it sounds like Glitterati?
Dang. Now my sweet tooth is acting up.

But it seems like Lips has been chosen.

The Source Forge project is at https://sourceforge.net/projects/lips
If anyone wants to see some actual code, you can get it via SVN at https://lips.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/lips
or browse it online at http://lips.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/lips/

And again, critiques/offers to help are definitly welcome. Of course, if there is anything I can do to make contributing easier for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

Nice catch. Looks like we'll be able to do a lot of conversions very quickly from other sources too.
