Beta LDS Tools question

i am curious about the new tools being developed my the church in the beta lds website. I don't have any relavent calling right now that a tool would be needed for, however i am hoping to know what tools are being developed and for which callings in the ward and stake level. How is the mls being incorporated in the website and what will people in specific callings be able to accomplish using the new online tools. Is there any information that can be published to explain some of these features and just how advanced will these tools become? I'm just curious right now.
