Member Directory to GPS- For missionarys

I am currently trying to find a way to put the directory onto my Garmin gps. I have converted and geocoded thru google earth and converted that to a gpx file but it does not keep the addresses. Any help would really help!
Trying to figure something out until i pads or smartphones get rolled out to missionaries.
