SMS Short Code

I was looking for a SMS service where people could send a text to a short code (4 or 5 digit number) where they could sign up to get announcements for the ward. Currently, SMS is being sent from people's personal phones and a lot of times people receive multiple SMS messages because multiple people are trying to get the word out while others don't get the messages at all. Buying a service at the ward level would be underutilized, but maybe the church could leverage their volume and provide it to the units. Each unit could set up a keyword that people could subscribe/unsubscribe to to get updates.
