New card tested: Hauppauge HVR-1850

We just got a desktop to run the webcast with. It has PCIe slots, but no PCI slots and we didnt want to spend the $400ish for the PCIe Osprey card.
After emailing Hauppauge to ask what cards were compatible with Expression encoder, I heard back from a Jerry Fox who said

We picked up a Hauppauge HVR-1850 for under $100 and so far (one 5 minute test) it has worked well. More data to come once I can test this some more.
