How do I get our Webcast Communicator repaired? Our line-in died about 10 minutes into our broadcast. About 2 minutes prior to the end of the broadcast we found a work around by using the microphone input jack. The sound quality was okay, which surprised me, but at least it worked.
Who do I contact to get the unit repaired?
It was a very frustrating experience since the webcast support experts are not available Saturday evening or Sunday morning - which is when stake conference occurs. The Global Support personnel did their best to help, but the problem was out of their experience realm. This seems like a major problem to me.
