Stake conferences are not broadcast on the web for public viewing. To reduce travel costs or to enable more people to see a session of stake conference, a stake may choose to use Meetinghouse Webcast technology to broadcast a stake conference from one building to another, or possibly to other specific locations as approved by the stake president.

Given that information, if you are still wondering, you should contact your stake clerk or stake technology specialist, who would certainly know.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

It sounds like you are referring to a satellite broadcast stake conference originating from Salt Lake. In this thread, Troy Sheffield indicates that arrangements can be made in advance for webcast reception in meetinghouses that are not equipped for satellite reception. View that thread for more details.
