Audio cutting out on webbroadcast

So this is happening fairly frequently. The stream will be fine for an hour or two and then I will loose audio. Nothing I do will get the audio working again. When I call up support they take a look at the stream and then the audio starts working again.... very strange
So my question, has this ever happend to anyone else? Are you located in Utah or somewhere else. We are located in WA
As far as I can tell I suspect the streaming servers themselves... which is obviously difficult to troubleshoot (imposible). What would you recommend I do? How could I escalate this to someone with more expertise. Does anyone read this forum directly involved with the back end of this system.
