We use this product from Extron and it works extremely well. You need T model to transmit and a R model to receive. I have seen these on ebay and such for anywhere from 25$ to 100$ per piece. Extron typically sells only through authorized dealers which we are fortunate enough to have one in our Stake.

In case anyone is considering using RG-58 for video, that is correct. RG58 is 50-52 ohm impedance. RG-59, RG-6, and essentially all video and TV-related equipment is 75 ohm impedance. For all practical purposes, don't mix them.
