Understanding Monitor Graphs

Hi All
I wanted to seek some advice on the monitor graphs you get out of the new webcast portal.
I've read the churches pages on https://www.lds.org/help/support/monito ... h?lang=eng so have a rough idea.
Should i be worried about the attached receive site graph results. I was/am worried about the download and play back bitrates as these seem all over the place. At my other sites the download and playback are the same for the full time they are connected.
Also should i be worried about odd FPS drops getting some at all sites but not all the time?
