hello,
I am trying to make the player work with raspberry PI 3 (the idea is to give raspberry already setup to the the receiving ward).
It work with chromium + PepperFlash but PepperFlash been not hardware accelerated the stream is not stable.
My question is normally if the player is full HTML 5 I shouldn't need to use flash player, when I check on the website of the player that the church system use, I see that they have a HTML5 version that is flashplayer free : "https://bitmovin.com/player/" could you implement this version ??
The HMTL 5 been hardware accelerated (https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/web-browser-released/) it should allow us to make cheap Streaming receiver (rasp pi 3) for the ward
Regards

Re: Receiving the webcast with Raspberry PI 3
I was thinking about this the other day, using pre-configured raspberry pi devices. Did you had any success with this?
I also noted the flash player requirements, but when I did my first receiving test with several types of devices all worked fine, so I started to think that maybe the player was using pure HTML 5 video (!? not sure about this).
