Connecting Atlona AT-HD120 Convertor to VidiU

I have connected a AT-HD120 Convertor to our Teradek VidiU but I am not getting any video coming through. Is anyone else using this convertor for the VidiU? Do you have it set to PC or HD?

Hello,
if it can help, when i am using the Startech VID2HDCON convertor, I have to set it on TV because I found out that the VIDIU is not able to encode PC format. I guess it the same problème with the AT-HD120

I have the AT-HD120, and I set it up and it worked fine the first time. I have audio coming through 3.5mm and video through a composite cable. I am using the BNC to composite converter that came in the box. I believe I have it set to HD.
