We got this camera for two years of more now, use it everytime mounted on the tripod and uses for our webcast. Just today, the technician mount the same camera on the ceiling make it easier for us to set up, however as soon as we power up the camera, the red & green light start flashing, not video signal come out of it, not responding to any command from the IR remote beside power on and off.

Any idea what might have happen?

According to this manual, It's an initialization error. Assuming they're blinking together, it's a "Pan/tilt error". It suggests it's having problems moving. If they're blinking alternately, it's an internal error (apparently electronic).

In either case, I'd check the power. If the power is limited (perhaps due to running though a long length of wire), it may not work correctly.
