VidiU version 2.3.6 is buggy

The VidiU version 2.3.6 has a bug in it where it gets stuck on the bootup sequence Checking for new firmware.
Version 2.3.7 clears this issue up.
If you are on 2.3.6, you will need to manually update the VidiU to 2.3.7. The steps to do so are as follows:
1. Go to the Teradek site, their support page and download version 2.3.7.
2. Bootup the VidiU and in a browser go to its GUI page by entering the IP Address for the VidiU.
3. Go to the System tile and upgrade the firmware from there.

Are we being advised to upgrade the Vidiu? The Mhtech site says the
officially supported version is still at 2.2.0r
Please explain.

Thanks danpass for linking that.
The MHTech site hasn't been updated in awhile. Teradek releases new versions of the VidiU firmware on a regular basis. I would recommend to update it to the latest version of the firmware whenever possible. I'll post any issues I see with the Teradek here.
For today, 2.3.7 works well.
