Can't Add Locations using Chrome

I am a stake clerk and an STS. Using Chrome 42.0.2311.90 m, I logged in to portal.ldswebcast.org and created an event for next month. I need to add two other stake centers as locations so they may receive my webcast. I cannot add these two stake centers as locations for the webcast. Neither can I add these two stake centers as preferred locations in my profile.

This appears to work perfectly using Internet Explorer 11.

First problem: If I simply type the name of the stake into the Search for a Meetinghouse Location box, the list of possible matches pops up BEHIND the Add Location window, making it impossible to click on anything in the list.

Second problem: If I paste the unit number or full name of the stake from CDOL into the search box, the list of matches appears below the search box. When I click on the name of the stake in the list, a full list of all meetinghouses in that stake appears. However, Chrome does not display a selection button to the left of each meetinghouse, so I am unable to select the stake center.

Perhaps I was wrong about IE11. It allowed me to add the two stake centers as preferred locations in my profile. However, when I edit my event and try to add those preferred locations to the event, it only displays the meetinghouses in my own stake. The other stake centers are not shown, even though they are preferred locations in my profile.

When I edit the event, add location, and search for the other stakes in IE11, the pick list appears behind the add location dialog. Bummer. Maybe I will reboot my laptop and see if anything changes.

FYI,
I called the GSC today and talked with a Level 1 tech. He created a trouble ticket with three complaints:
1. Can't see the radio buttons on the left side of the list of meetinghouse locations when searching other stakes, making it impossible to select any of the displayed locations.
2. When a unit name or unit number is entered into the Add Location search area, the pick list of possible matches appears behind the dialog box, making it impossible to select any of them.
3. When I edit an existing event, and click the Add Location button to add more locations, the Preferred Location list only includes units within my own stake, and not any of the locations outside of my stake that I had added to my preferred location list in my profile.

All of these issues are intermittent, although they can sometimes be fixed for a short time by closing and opening the browser. The tech said the portal is very new, and they probably haven't tested functions that add locations outside of the stake, since stakes don't usually webcast regional conferences.
