I got the vidiu a few weeks ago and upgraded about a week ago to the latest firmware version, which is 2.1.0. Today, when I logged into the webcast portal, there was a popup message about this firmware version not being compatible with the Church's webcast servers. Since it's impossible, to my knowledge, to uninstall a firmware update, what are the ramifications? Is the Church working on becoming compatible with this firmware version?
FYI, the receive test worked fine but the full test did not.
Thanks,

Re: Vidiu firmware 2.1
Try reducing the Vidiu Video Quality from FullHD (5.0 Mbps) to Video HD (2.1 Mbps)
It appears that the headquarters cloud servers do not currently allow for FullHD (5.0 Mbps) speeds

Re: Vidiu firmware 2.1
You actually can downgrade the firmware version. The VidiU Initial Setup Guide contains directions in the section titled "Manually Install a Supported Firmware Version".

Re: Vidiu firmware 2.1
Good to know. Thanks for that info and the lead to the (updated?) documentation.
