What area of the country are you in? I have quite a bit of experience with B2B webcasts and might be able to offer some assistance if you're anywhere close by.

There is a a team of IT specialist that will help you but they do not come physically to your location. A couple of questions I have someone from another stake that has done this and is willing to help us out which we are grateful for. Do you have to use a windows base computer or can you use a apple computer on the receiving end to broadcast through the projector? What other problems have others had in doing these broadcasts so we can avoid them prior to this broadcast?

The receive end is pretty forgiving. There are folks using PC's, Macs, Linux, some even experimenting with a Raspberry Pi.

Wow, that's a hard question, as each broadcast is unique. The biggest issues I've seen is having enough available bandwidth on both ends and having enough horsepower in the PC doing the uploading. Shutting off the WiFi and/or bypassing the church firewall for the duration of the broadcast are solutions that help secure the needed BW for the broadcast. It can't be overstated that exhaustive testing is the key to success.

You can always rent a point to point microwave relay - on the pricey side, but certainly not "difficult" by any stretch of the imagination. Some stakes in Utah have been doing this for years.
