Webcast Test Stream

Please advise when the test stream.lds.org/webcast will be back to normal

The issue is that documentation provided to various stakes only has the above test URL

http://stream.lds.org/webcast - only has a fixed image and audio is someone saying "Spanish"

http://stream.lds.org/webcast2 - is working

There were some issues with some streaming servers, but it should be fixed now. Thanks for your patience.
