Video looks like a negative while streaming

Tonight was the culture event for the Boise Temple Rededication. Our stake STS sent out the URL for streaming so it could be viewed at home. I had a problem with the video actually looking like a negative instead of a good picture. I call the stake STS and everything was working on their end, borrowed my sister in-laws laptop and everything went well.
I'm sure the problem is on my end possibly a hardware problem. However, I can stream videos of LDS.org and I streamed conference session of of LDS.org. This problem also happens on the test streams.
Anyone have any Ideas why my video would look like a negative?
