Regional Conference stream instead of satellite - who should I ask?

In a little more than a week our stake is participating in a regional broadcast. Our stake center isn't big enough to hold everyone and we are working on using 2 buildings.
However, only one building has a satellite.
Question: Is there a way to get this broadcast over an internet stream so we can easily receive it at the building that doesn't have a satellite? (This is coming up on 10/21).
Is there a department at headquarters that we can contact for this information?
