Webcast communicator - stream crashed, can't restart

New webcast communicator out of the box, plugged it in and all worked well for about 8 minutes (about a 90 second delay between the action in front of the camera and the time it shows up in media players). Then wen WC box locked up. Power cycled the unit and it asked if I wanted to restart the stream, I pushed the check mark button but now I can't re-connect to the stream.

I connected directly to the WC box at the IP address displayed on the screen and when I look in the only profile that is there all of the settings for the push to video/audio streaming server are blank. Is this normal or has the box lost some of the settings?
