Not receiving STS Emails or tech newsletters

I am a stake specialist but have not been receiving any tech update emails. I've checked with the stake clerk and have been through my account online to make sure I'm subscribed to the appropriate feeds, yet no newsletters nor updates... After speaking with a couple other STS individuals found that they too have not been receiving emails. Please advise.

I thought there was a another place to sign up for it, but the only one I can find now is part of the ldsaccount (ldsaccount.lds.org). In there seems to be the subscriptions and it tells you what email it will send it to. I have been getting emails.
Is that where you guys are looking? Have you checked your ISP's spam folders?
