YSA multiple Membership requests screen.

The request for multiple memberships for YSA wards needs to be enhansed.

After entering the data to request a membership a new line does not appear unless you enter a blank in the prior unit field and then hit enter.

The problem with this screen is that no one knows their prior unit number. I suggest that while in any filed on this screen, the user should be able to hit enter and the next line should appear.
