We had a couple that all donations had been made in the priesthood holders name. He passed away. I then went in and did a merge of his records into her records. The Tithing Settlement statement prints correctly. When I try to print the Donor Statement she doesn't show up. If I check the household box then what shows up are the donation records of one of the two sons that live with her, not even both of them. When I go back to the Donor records the deceased husband shows up as Merged.
I think I have done it all correctly, but I am not getting the results I think I should. Any one have an idea what I have done wrong?
Thanks
