Can anyone tell me why LDS Tools only shows 7 other callings? We have probably 20 other callings in our MLS that simply don't show up on LDS Tools.

Do they show up in CDOL? That is where LDS Tools gets its data.

The Church Directory of Organizations and Leaders. It has all the callings from MLS (or should). If there are differences then that is why LDS Tools and other church applications (like the ward/stake directory) would have the wrong data.
