We have a member who does not have mail delivery at their residential address. I have specified a mailing address on their record. However, they sometimes get letters (I think they said from church headquarters) that are addressed to their residential address instead of their mailing address. What should I do about this?

So you are saying that in MLS there is a residential address as well as a mailing address for the member, correct? If that is correct, there is little that can be done from the records perspective. There is little that can be done when a church department or office uses the residential instead of the mailing address from the membership record provided both are in the record. If there is on-going communications with the department or office the member could ask them to use their mailing address instead of the residential address.
