Speak to your Stake Technology Specialist or Stake Clerk.

Also, because of your location, your download or instructions may be different then the North America area.

The way to get the password to mls.lds.org is to send an MLS message to headquarters. This way they can verify that you are actually an MLS unit. You should get the answer in a couple of work days.
