The Personal Progress leader can be called as an advisor or assistant advisor.

Which leaders have permission to view the Leader Summary page and review or approve a value experience or project?
The following leaders will have the ability to view Personal Progress information for those young women for whom they are responsible: ward Young Women president, counselors, and secretary; Laurel, Mia Maid, and Beehive advisors; assistant advisors; stake Young Women president, counselors, and secretary; bishop, bishopric first counselor, and bishopric second counselor; and stake president, stake president first counselor, and stake president second counselor. Only the ward Young Women leaders listed above can approve value experiences and projects and make changes to a young woman’s Personal Progress record.

From Handbook 2:
https://www.lds.org/handbook/handbook-2 ... eng#10.3.4

10.3.4

Ward Young Women Advisers

The bishopric may call Young Women advisers to help the Young Women presidency with their responsibilities. Each adviser works with a specific age-group of young women and works under the direction of the presidency member who is assigned to that age-group. Advisers have the following responsibilities:

They help the Young Women presidency and class presidencies plan and carry out activities, including Mutual.

They may teach Sunday lessons. They also may help teach leadership skills to class presidencies.

They may help record the progress of individual young women in the Personal Progress program.

They attend ward Young Women presidency meetings as invited.
