Unable to backup MLS

yahoo....It's fixed. After going through the logs and finding out when this error started, it correlated with updating Java. So I removed Java from the computer and re-installed, not without problems though :-(

Eventually after all the errors that Java was giving me, I got it removed from the system and installed Java 1.7. We can now do perform backups in MLS.

I removed Java and re-installed the newer version 1.7 and it fixed the problem. I believe that the original error was caused from a Java update.

That's odd. Yes, MLS uses Java, but it uses a separate instance from the usual Java engine that you can see and update. There's usually no interaction.

Glad it's fixed.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
