Here's the situation:
Married couple. Husband went out of town for a few months. Wife remained in the ward.
Husband's record was moved out of the ward during the time he was away, so both records became head of household.
Husband is now back home and his record was brought back into the ward.
MLS now shows both husband and wife living at the same address and married to each other, but both are still head of household. They do not list each other as members of their household. How do I re-join the household?

From the toolbar: Membership > Household Record
Select the husband's record.
On the right, about mid-screen, click on "Add Member".
Select the wife.

If the marriage information is all correct, she will be added as "spouse". Otherwise, she will be "Other".
