Quarterly Report data input errors

#1

Post by lancejackson »

One of the units in our stake has an unusual MLS problem. While trying to input whether new converts hold a church position in the quarterly report the answer for each convert is a "yes" or "no" radio button. Regardless of which answer is selected, MLS will respond with an error stating that a 0 or 1 must be entered for this question and the "yes" or "no" selection is not accepted. Since MLS will not accept the data, the report is not finished and will not transmit to headquarters or the stake. The error started in version 3.2.2 and now continues into 3.2.3. No other units in the stake have the error. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how have you resolved it or are there any suggestions?

I wonder if it's a messed up template that would be fixed with a unit refresh?

However, since it's already Friday, I'd call support to see if it can be ironed out before the weekend.

I had actually thought of trying the data refresh this morning but have not had time to do it and thought I would post the question to see if anyone had similar thoughts.

I will respond to let you know how it goes.

The data refresh did not solve the problem. MLS support says it is a programming error and has had a programmer work on it. We hope that solves the problem.
