I have had this urgent task for a while now and have been ignoring it. I have gone through every message in the list. In fact, today I archived them all into folders by year (all the way back to 2004). Every single email had been read and opened (as indicated by the mail icon).
I have no idea why this urgent task will not go away - there isn't an unread message to read.
Does anyone have a solution to reset this?
