Feature request: configurable donation page

Configurable Tithing and Other Offerings slip on donation page. Possibility to show/hide categories.

Rationale
1. There are certain categories that are used frequently, while others are not used at all. It would be more convenient to click once on the hyperlink to enter an amount for Book of Mormon or Humanitarian aid, then clicking every time on “Other” hyperlink to entering donations for YM or YW camps in the summer.
2. On the stake level: clerks are not dealing with tithing and fast offerings and other donations at all except for Other:… categories - transferred from the local units.

I believe that this feature would shorten time that I spend as a clerk every Sunday entering donations. Opinions? Let's discuss...
