Huh? I'm missing the context.

Must be recent patches being delivered via the new security software system on the admin/FHC computers?

Maybe. But I'd like to see that explained.

I'm also trying to understand the purpose of this post. The updates that are delivered to various computers running LANDesk will vary, depending on the operating system of the target system, and perhaps other configuration settings. So I don't see it as particularly useful to post to the forum some set of updates that you may happen to have seen on your ward or stake's computers.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

My post is just a reminder for techs that have to do a manual updates to their Admin and FHC desktops about which updates have been released by headquarters

Also, there is a post somewhere that states that a FHC desktop with LANDesk needs to be turned on for at least four (4) hours so that LANDesk will do updates

Is this really being pushed though LANDesk or at least via the Church? Because it looks the same as "Patch Tuesday" Microsoft Automatic updates.

I guess I am curious as to how this information is helpful to me. Our admin boxes are on dialup.

Does this mean if I leave my boxes on for four hours (or however long) they will update with all of this stuff?

Or does this mean my boxes will not update and I should try to find all of these updates somewhere else and flash drive them to my 15 computers during my semi-annual tour of my stake that is 150 miles x 250 miles and no longer has a telephone service provider?

Or am I Ok if I do not do anything, and just let the computers run as they have been running for the last six years, because they still run just fine on Windows XP Service Pack 1? (Oh, wait. I think Desktop 5.5 took them to SP2.)
