Urgent Tasks

With the advent of MLS 3.1.5, we have a persistent Urgent Task: "You have 1 new messages to read." It never goes away. No matter how many messages we have to read, from zero to many, the urgent task says we always have "1 new messages."
Aside from the grammar, this happened a few MLS versions ago, and the fix was to have the developers send down a special batch file that ran and solved the problem.
Is that still the fix? And yes, we have actually read all of the messages. [grin]
