Originally we tried to print a list of High Priests, but the HP list includes prospectives, sisters, etc, and doesn't allow reducing. Nor does it allow you to select and print by highlighting the names you want.
Finally we changed the SORT by priesthood and at least were able to group people that way. But when we print, it always reverts back to the original list in the original, unsorted order.
Is there a trick to breaking up a group list by criteria, and is it possible to have it print what you see on the screen instead of reverting like it does? I'm guessing there's a way to do custom reports, but sorting on the fly can be fast, convenient, and it'd sure be nice to print out what you end up with.
Thanks for any help you can give. Larry.
Print reverting to original list format

How are you trying to print the list? If you go to Organizations > High Priests, then set the Show dropdown at the top right to "Members" then you will see only the list of members of the High Priests organization, which shouldn't include any sisters. Then you can use the Office dropdown to select only the High Priests. That sounds like what you were trying to print.larbabe wrote:Originally we tried to print a list of High Priests, but the HP list includes prospectives, sisters, etc, and doesn't allow reducing. Each time you print, you'd have to make those dropdown selections, but that should take only a few seconds.
