Part member family list?

I think I saw a discussion of this on here but I can't find it and now I need to know if there is a way to generate a part member family list. I am not in front of the MLS right now and might be able to figure out something when I check it but in the meantime, has anyone done this?

Part-member families report (it explains what the report is and even contains an importable report definition).
