There appears to be a new detailed report of Send/Receive progress that can be reached by going to the Help -> Show Send/Receive Status menu option. It seems very informative, but I'm wondering how to make use of it? Is it really only useful when there is a Send/Receive error?

On the stake level, I've found it mildly interesting as I review it and see which wards have done some sort of membership record update. If you watch it as the Send/Receive is in progress, you can get some idea of how long the transmission will take, but it's only a vague idea, since the list of files to be transmitted changes during the transmission, so you don't really know what the final list will be until it's done.

It may have some use for support purposes as well. But I see it as mostly a curiosity.
