Blank Form?

Well, that doesn't seem possible for the LUCR. The current bishop information is already in the form with many fields not editable so you can't blank out the info. Using the magnifying glass to get a list of priesthood holders from the ward, then selecting one, fills in his information with the same fields remaining not editable.

If a clerk felt he needed a copy of the form to use for collecting info, the form for the existing bishop can be printed and new information collected on it. This is similar to the now old method with the hard copy forms provided by SLC that you manually edited, had the SP sign and then sent in to Church Hqs.

Again it is not a big deal, I just wanted to share what I ran into.

This is not a problem with a test install of MLS. No data is on the forms until positive action is taken to populate it. Even after populating the form in the test install it can be returned to a blank version. This appears to be a difference from an install of MLS with live data. If you have a test install of MLS you can get the blank forms that way.
