MLS User names have disappeared

MLS User names have disappeared
Sunday the 16 of June our ward clerk went to sign into MLS and found all user names no longer appeared all the bishopric and asst ward clerk could not sign in everyone did change their passwords a month ago so it can't be that, Help.

I'd suggest the process described in the Wiki: Lost user names (MLS).
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
