Just a note of follow up on this thread. Ultimately it is the members responsibility to make sure his records are correct. I would think that if a couple has a Temple marriage they will be active enough wherever they reside to visit with their Bishop and Ward Clerk, at least during tithing settlement, and review there IOS.
