We've had a family move into our ward that have some check boxes in the missionary progress record, indicating, that at some point in time they either had some lessons, or someone was playing with the tool or something. Is there any way in LCR to remove this active family from showing up in the Member Progress Record area (the Report) - I'm an assistant ward mission leader and I can't seem to find a way, I've looked at the LCR access table and don't find anything that might be related to it that I don't have.
Is this an item that only exists on MLS?

Have you checked with the missionaries assigned to your ward to see what they can see?
