I think I probably know the answer to this but I told them I would ask anyway.
One of my Wards has a significant number of "other subaccounts" that were created quite a few years ago by another Bishopric. They have been at zero balance for at least four years.
Is there a way to delete them? Or are they stuck because at one time there was activity on them even though we are beyond the record management period?

Are the categories set to Inactive? As long as they are set active I think they will stay around. If they are set to Inactive then I think they should be cleaned up during the next year-end closing (as long as there are no longer any transactions in the records retention period). If they were set inactive and were not cleaned up at the end of last year (assuming they were beyond the retention period) then you'll probably need to call the global service center to see if they can remove them.
