We've found the Boy Scouts organization helpful to track adult scout callings. For example, Scout Committee Member, Scout Master, Varsity Coach, etc. We also opted to create a custom organization in MLS labeled 'Primary Scouts' to track similar information for Cub Scouts, Webelos, and 11-yr Scouts. A main benefit is when printing the Callings by Organization report, as it presents a better categorization of callings.
