MLS not launching

Hello, This is G. Martin Olsen ( Marty ) I'm the Murray UTAH West Stake's Technology Specialist, I'm having trouble with the Murray 29th ward's MLS, it will not run at all, it comes up as an empty shell, we could not log in at all, I rebooted the computer a couple of times and clicked on the desktop MLS icon and the program launches but never goes past the MLS screen with the savior, it is just stuck there, the Murray UTAH West Stake's unit # is 505129, the Murray 29th ward unit number is #162744 the Ward Financial Clerk was unable to process any member donations from 08/20/2017 and next week is out Stake Conference so I would like to get this resolved as soon as I can. [contact information removed] I''m planning on calling the global service center Monday Morning 08/21/2017 but I will not be able to be in front of the Murray 29th ward computer until after I'm off work around 3:00 PM then I can travel directly to the church at that time.

We'll see what CHQ has to say, but a starting point would be to download MLS and install overtop of itself.

By an empty shell do you mean that there are no users to select or is it not even getting that far? If it is just no users listed see LDSTech Wiki: Lost user names (MLS)
