Hello,

I had two members move from our ward in Canada to the States last year. Now they are requesting their tax donation receipt for filing taxes. I can't find their donation history and the clerk in their new ward can't either.

How do I find the donations that they made in 2016?

Their current ward clerk will need to call the Global Service Center and ask them to provide the needed statement.
