I am a clerk in a YSA Ward and I have money in a Ward mission fund that has been there for 8 to 10 years and I cannot move it out. How could I move it to the General Missionary fund because we don't support Ward missionary's ?

You should first check with your stake and see if they can use the money. They may want you to transfer it to them so they can help out other wards that may have missionaries they are supporting. If you're in a YSA stake or if the stake doesn't anticipate any need for it then you should contact Local Unit Support or your local administrative office for instructions on how to send the money to CHQ (as indicated under 'Other missionary finance guidelines' in the Missionary Finances article in the Help Center).
