How to grant leader access to someone that doesn't have a traditional leader calling

We issued a calling for someone to be in charge of coordinating the YW personal progress, how do we give her access as a leader to be able to update the personal progress of all the young women in our ward.

The only way to give someone access is to give them a calling which provides access. In wards I've been we've given the personal progress specialist a calling as an assistant adviser in each of the YW classes and this has provided them with access to the PP site.
