Automated Home Teaching Assignments?

Thanks for the feedback everyone - very helpful. I believe the sole purpose of the unassigned list feature is to assist in making sure everyone has a home teacher assigned. The way it's working for our ward presently it is actually hindering the process a little, compared to a single unassigned list shared by both quorums. My vote is to collapse it to a single list both quorums see, or, let the user move members between the two lists. Either would be better than what we have now.
