Are you saying that there is an entire IOS for this unknown person? That seems highly unlikely, since you can only print an IOS for a member of the ward.

Or are you saying that this person shows up in the Children section of the IOS for one of your members? If so, you can fix it in MLS by going to the Individual Record (under Membership > View and Update) for the member. Then go to the Children tab, and click the Remove link to the right of the stranger.
Thank you for your quick response, indeed the person was in the Children section of the Head of Household and I was able to remove the child from this page. We do not have the members records so I do not know how this happened, but the individual was not related to the rest of the family.

You might want to keep an eye on that. The member's ward may discover that they've lost their parents and may try to reconnect them.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
